With a wide range of experience (Comp & Ben, HRBP, Talent Management) gained in France, Europe, Asia and the US in major French and international companies, Fabienne Langlet-Ferrier has demonstrated her ability to design strategies and implement convincing HR solutions to global and local development challenges throughout her career in the various companies with which she has worked.
Recognized by her peers for her attentiveness and the results that she has achieved over her 30-year career, Fabienne is to represent the member companies of the International Talent Management Club in 2022. As president, she will contribute to developing the club’s strategy and forward thinking.
Fabienne Langlet-Ferrier started her career in Paris then New York in Towers Perrin’s (Willis Towers Watson) compensation consulting department, where she spent 7 years before joining Alstom Group then General Electric, where she worked in various roles over almost 20 years.
Appointed Comp & Ben director for Transmission & Distribution between 2001 and 2004, she then joined the Transport division as HRD North Europe to assist countries in the region in rising to their business challenges.
In 2007, with this experience under her belt, she headed for Asia as HRD Singapore, before being transferred to Beijing in 2009 to support China, and then the Asia-Pacific region from 2010 to 2013, in becoming one of the key transport players in the region.
From 2013 to 2014, she was Vice President Global Leadership at corporate level in Singapore. She contributed to the group’s leadership development, talent engagement and performance culture projects.
She returned to France in 2014 and was involved in the merger of Alstom Power/Corporate and General Electric. In 2015 she joined the renewable energies division as HRD for support functions.
Since 2019, Fabienne has been Group People Development Director at SBM Offshore. She manages expertise from the Netherlands, including recruitment, talent development, learning, rewards and international mobility.
She recently added HR for SBM Offshore’s New Energies and Services division to her responsibilities.
A member of the International Talent Management Club Professional Committee since 2007, Fabienne Langlet-Ferrier has also taught on the Institut Magellan’s MBA in Human Resources Management in International Companies.
She graduated with a master’s in Law and Economics from Paris II, Panthéon-Sorbonne, a DESS in Human Resources and Communication from Celsa-Paris IV Sorbonne and from the Alstom Executive Management program at Insead.
