In 2012, he went to Oman on a co-management contract between the Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) and Veolia as PAEW’s HRD, accompanying the exponential growth of the sultanate’s water needs. He returned to Paris in mid-2015 as head of international mobility at Veolia, taking on the challenge of overhauling the group’s international mobility policy. In mid-2019 he was appointed group talent manager for operations. He took on new responsibilities when Veolia was bought out by Suez at the start of 2022.
