[Appointments] Pierre-Yves Bigot, François Monchy and Julie Pats have joined the Professional Committee of the Cercle Magellan’s International Mobility Club.
 

Pierre-Yves Bigot, International mobility director, Vinci SA

Pierre-Yves Bigot began his career in 1988 in the chemical industry (Hoechst France) before spending 10 years in roles as an HR director in industrial equipment and oil and gas (Alfa Laval then Sofresid/Bouygues Offshore). He became HRD of Soletanche Bachy in 2000. Following this company's merger with Vinci Group, he became HR director for Soletanche Freyssinet in 2009, a division bringing together Vinci Construction’s specialist operations.

In 2016, he became HR director for Vinci Concessions. Since 2021, he has been in charge of coordinating international mobility and safety and security for Vinci group. Pierre-Yves Bigot is a CELSA graduate.

François Monchy, International mobility director France and Switzerland, Capgemini

After 8 years spent offshore on oil prospection vessels for CGG, François opened offices of Marine division services in Geneva for the same company for crew management (500 people). In 2004, off the back of these 2 experiences, he was appointed HR director for the Marine division, then managed the group’s people development (11,000 employees) from 2011. From 2015 to 2021, he took on the role of international mobility directory and management of the GEC in Switzerland and management of payroll for France.

In 2021, he joined Capgemini (360,000 employees in over 40 countries, including 180,000 in India, around 8,000 employees on assignment group-wide) as Mobility director for France and Switzerland. François has a Master 2 in HR

Julie Pats, Group International Mobility Manager, DECATHLON

Recently recruited by Décathlon (100,000 employees), with operations in around 70 countries in an international mobility leader role.Julie has experience of around 25 years in the field. She started her career as a tax advisor at PwC Société d'Avocats (ex-Landwell & Associés) before joining the HR departments of various French companies in a range of sectors (Natixis, Suez and Eramet) as an international mobility manager.

In the course of her career she has introduced and adapted international mobility policies, and supported employees and their families to contribute to groups’ international development, to employees’ well-being and to their career development. Julie has a qualification in international law and an international mobility manager certification (Institut Magellan).
