We are pleased to announce the arrival of Ludivine Clément-Ravon as director of the International Mobility Club.
Ludivine is a graduate of Université Sorbonne Paris IV, ISEFAC and the Institut Magellan and began her career at Thales. In 2015, she joined Nestlé France, where for 7 years she developed in-depth operational expertise in international mobility: responsible for international transfers to and from France, she managed between 70 and 100 moves a year. She quickly became an international mobility specialist in France for all national and global projects. As such, she offered support for numerous transformation projects on the French market, including a change of international mobility policy, HRIS tools (AssignmentPro) and training of new teams for the international mobility hub in Manila. In collaboration with the safety department, she also implemented an employee awareness raising plan for security risk management and, with the talent team, set up monitoring of the expatriate population in order to simplify returns.
Ludivine has joined the Cercle Magellan to run the 150-member strong International Mobility Club, and will also be training manager for the Institut Magellan’s short courses and MBA in international mobility. Monica Garcia, managing director of the Cercle Magellan, the International Mobility Club Professional Committee, and its president, Agnès Pébarthe, wish her a warm welcome and much success in her new role. If you want to get in touch with Ludivine, you can email her now at ludivine.clement-ravon(at)magellan-network.com
Best wishes to all,
The Cercle Magellan team
