What is your role?

I manage 3 activities within our Group Reward & Performance service: international mobility, the performance management program and compensation policy for corporate functions. 

What is your hidden talent?

I try not to hide my talents! 

What do you like the most about your job?

I like everything, in particular in-depth expertise and analysis of the various subjects involved in my profession and at the same time the strong interpersonal skills required, as we work closely with different services in the group.

Any advice for people new to the profession?

Seize opportunities, always seek to learn, keep working on your self-confidence and be curious about the other (cultures, other ways of working or doing things).
